A nice start for the Hanney U7’S; we went out to gain match practice and that is what we got. The boys and girls got to practice a lot of defending mainly in the first half with some great tackles by Kate and Thomas. In the second half we began to move up the pitch with Kyle, Anna and William pushing forward and all helped by some big kicks from goalkeeper Sam.
The lesson learnt from this friendly was team work, tackling and passing the ball up towards the oppositions half.
And the score who cares because at the moment it's all about FUN....
