How to register a player - a two-step process:

1.   Complete the "Player Registration" form below, ONCE PER PLAYER.
2.   Complete the payment by BACS to: 20-90-91 90247138

Player Registration Terms & Conditions

Eligibility to Play:

You must be a fully paid up member to be eligible to train and play for HYFC by 31st August this year. Fees are: Rising Stars (£55), U7&U8(£60), U9&U10(£65), U11&U12(£70), U13&U14(£75), U15 to U18(£80)
These fees include Club Membership, Insurance, Match fees, League Registration, Affiliation, Referees’ Fees, Line Marking and training equipment.

Code of Conduct, photo use and emergency medical treatment:

By clicking the Submit button you agree to follow the Respect Code of Conduct which can be found here:www.hanneyyouthfc.co.uk/documents.php , that any photos may be used in publicity and that you consent to any emergency medical treatment that may be needed. If you do not agree with any of these, then please discuss with your team coach.

Gift Aid:

Gift Aid Declaration Hanney Football Club has a Charitable status ( Charity # 1135266). This enables the Club to reclaim up to 25% on any payments made through the Government backed ‘Gift Aid’ scheme. This can be an effective way of increasing our Club funds and there is no extra cost to you!
Details of donor: I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I want the charity to treat all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise as Gift Aid donations.
My Gift Aid details are the same as above (Name\Address etc): Please notify the charity if you: want to cancel this declaration change your name or home address no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
